The location was perfect, very central and easy to navigate around. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were polite, courteous and always ready to assist with any request we had. The room was clean and well organized, and we had everything we needed for our stay. The amenities provided, like the air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities, were of top quality. We were also impressed with the room service and laundry service. the level of comfort and quality of service at this hotel exceeded our expectations.
We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends. The location is great, the service is outstanding, and the level of comfort and quality of service provided make it a top choice for accommodation.

The hotel's location is very convenient and close to various attractions. the room was spacious and comfortable, and the check-out process was quick and easy.
The overall experience has left me quite disappointed. the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and there were no bathroom accessories provided.

Located at the heart of the city center, this hotel lies close to several prime tourist destinations. the hotel’s housekeeping service is efficient and quick, providing warm water round the clock. the rooms are spacious and well-maintained, giving you an excellent view of the city's skyline.
The breakfast served was quite disappointing.

The hotel offered a delicious breakfast buffet and the staff were polite and welcoming. The location was convenient and easy to find with ample parking. I especially enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the lobby during the Xmas season.
The wifi connectivity was poor and often disconnected during my stay. the bathroom was not well-maintained and lacked basic accessories like a bucket and a stool.
